A note to share about ACUPRESSURE!
Acupressure is an ancient healing method, which involves pressure application by fingers on certain points of the body that helps in restoring health and balancing the body's channels of energy. It reduces muscle tension and improves circulation and stimulation of endorphins (natural pain relievers). Gentle pressure between the forefinger and thumb could relieve head ache. Application of pressure from eyebrows to the third eye point would reduce dust allergy. Even the fear and anxiety could be managed by giving pressure in the wrist crease towards the side of the little finger of the inner arm, which would help us to get relieved from the emotional instability. Thumb pressure on the outside of the inner part of the hand in line with little finger will give deep and relaxed sleep. It increases overall energy level of the body. Acupressure for at least twice a week could help the body in getting rid off the toxins that build up in the areas of blockage flow.
