Demand for industrial exposure or finishing schools to biotechnology students

Demand for industrial exposure or finishing schools to biotechnology students
Across India, thousands of biotechnology students pass out every year but the employment rate is very low. The major reason is less number of biotech companies and the other reason is the quality of the students produced with which the industry is not satisfied. The government encouraging and facilitating the biotech industry to tie up with colleges to offer industrial exposure to the students might steadily and partly reduce the unemployment rate among the biotechnology students. There are many finishing schools available but the finishing schools functioning with strategic objectives might bring a great difference by bridging the huge demand-supply gap that exists in biotech field.
