New nanotherapeutic approach to treat liver cancer cells
UT Southwestern Medical Center researchers have reported that, the nanoparticle in combination with the cholesterol carrier molecule low density lipoprotein (LDL) and fish oil results in nano-entities that are specifically toxic to the carcinoma cells. This approach has been found to be vitally innovative and safer to treat the liver cancer cell and does not destroy the healthy cells. This fundamental research would bring a positive impact on the nanomedicine.
