Stress is a response that is created within our body to the events that make us feel threatened or upset. Stress is nowadays being a part of modern living style; hence, there is a need for a natural companion in order to get relieved from stress which surrounds us very often. We can identify some food nutrients as stress busters. Orange is one amongst the good options available for us to reduce stress in an easier way. Orange is one of the commonly available fruits in day to day life. Oranges which are rich in vitamin C can be a good option for us to lower our blood pressure and reduce our stress hormone called cortisol. Orange can simply be consumed as a whole or as freshly squeezed juice (without sugar).
